Court Booking Rules • Only one name per court booking is needed. • An advanced booking is considered anything outside of 24 hours and up to 7 days. • A 24-hour booking is anything the day of or the day before. • Each person on a membership can have their name on an advanced reservation only once at any given time. Members may book another advanced reservation the day of their current reservation. • Each person on a membership can have their name on a 24-hour court only once at any given time. • The person whose name is on the reservation must be one of the people playing on that court. Members are not allowed to book courts in the name of a family member or friend if that person isn’t going to be playing. The penalty for this infraction is $15 for the first time, $50 for the second and loss of court booking privileges for one week on the third infraction. • Members may go on the waitlist for a court the day of or the day before the desired court time. • If the club is not notified of the cancelation at least 4 hours in advance, the name on the reservation will be charged $15 for a late cancelation and $25 for a no-show. • Members must check in at the front desk at the time of play for the system to confirm the court was actually used or a no-show fee will be charged. • If a member cancels a court, family members are locked out from booking that court for 4 hours. • Outside Tennis Professionals may not teach on MICC courts.
